How we research and update our guides

Quick answer

Our standards for sources, shipping examples, comparisons and corrections.

Evidence before promotion

We use official platform documents for documented processes and terms. Social posts can identify the questions buyers ask, but a promotional post or one shipment does not establish normal service performance. If a page is blocked or only a search excerpt is accessible, our source record states that limitation.

What an estimate means

A shipping example belongs to a particular destination, parcel size, weight, route and check time. Historical calculator output is labeled as an example, including any displayed promotion and unknown eligibility. We do not convert a line name into a guarantee about tax treatment, customs clearance or product eligibility.

Comparisons use the same questions

Our comparisons examine documented fees, inspection scope, packing, refund conditions and service availability. They do not invent an overall winner from unmatched parcels. A platform can have a useful documented feature while its present delivery performance remains unverified.

No invented experience

These articles are research guides. We have not presented fictional purchases, warehouse photos, customer ratings or delivery histories as our own experience. Editorial checklists and hypothetical calculations are identified as methods or examples.

Corrections and review

Each researched article includes its sources and review date. Contact us with the page URL, the disputed statement and the best available evidence. We will review a substantiated correction before updating the article and its modification date. Material changes should include a new source check; a calendar change alone is not an update.
