Distinguish the album from the item

Yupoo’s own product updates describe separate sharing links for homepages, categories, albums and individual pictures. That distinction matters: a link to a whole category can leave the recipient guessing which item you mean. Source: Yupoo product updates.

Privately retain the exact album and image reference, the visible item code and the date you found it. If several versions appear together, identify the photograph and option separately. A later update to an album should not erase the record of what first attracted your attention. Our public shopping pages use their own product URLs; original procurement references are not checkout destinations.

Three common gaps need different questions

If there is no price, request a quotation with a currency, quantity and validity period. If there is no size information, ask for a size chart or the measurements you actually need. If there is no purchase method, establish the seller’s identity and the process in writing. Do not solve one missing field by assuming the others.

Repeated images require care. They may be reused, supplied by a common source or unrelated to the goods currently available. Image similarity alone does not settle which explanation is correct. Ask which pictures show the offered version and what evidence connects them to the goods being quoted.

Compare answers, not album styling

Put the replies beside the same questions. A complete answer from one seller and a vague answer from another should not be reduced to a comparison of their lowest displayed numbers. If the second seller cannot identify the material or version, mark the comparison incomplete.

Bring the findings into a site enquiry

Check the relevant category in our directory for a matching published record. Open that record and use its product ID when choosing specifications. If no match exists, send the identifying description through the contact page so the information gap can be reviewed.

Do not treat an album-only lead as a confirmed catalogue product. A usable record needs an identifiable item, accurate public details and appropriate image permissions. Missing prices, stock and dimensions remain unconfirmed until supported; a source lead alone does not establish those facts.
