The published platform sequence
Pikobuy describes selecting a source item and its options, placing a purchasing order and making an initial payment. The supplier-to-warehouse leg precedes international dispatch. After arrival, its warehouse records the goods and supplies photos and a defect check. The buyer then chooses a route and pays international freight separately. Make a specification record before the first payment
For every item, write down the size system, colour, quantity and the details that would make a substitute unacceptable. “Black hoodie, medium” leaves room for misunderstanding. “Black pullover, supplier size M, chest width to be confirmed, no colour substitution” is more actionable. Record any uncertainty instead of silently choosing an answer.
Keep the quotation, currency and included services together. If a seller changes the price or cannot supply the requested option, ask for the revised total and your available choices before agreeing. A screenshot of a low price is useful context, but the accepted specification and written quotation are the decision record.
Use handovers as checkpoints
At each handover, ask for the identifier that connects the next record to the same goods. This avoids comparing a general catalogue image with an unrelated parcel photograph.

Resolve the expensive uncertainty first
Do not give every unanswered question equal priority. If fit determines whether you can use the item, request the measurement before spending time on minor cosmetic details. If a watch needs a functional test, find out whether that service is available and what it costs. A missing answer is a reason to pause that decision, not evidence that the product failed.
Treat the international freight budget as a separate approval. Ask for the packed weight, dimensions, service scope and destination charges included in the figure.
