Classify the evidence before weighing the opinion

Extract a small comparison record

For a shipping claim, record destination, route, dispatch date, delivery date if actually shown, actual and chargeable weight, packed dimensions, goods classification and the amount paid after any promotion. If several of these are missing, keep the claim as incomplete evidence instead of turning it into your own budget.

For a quality claim, look for the exact variant, the original expectation, photographs of the received item and what was actually checked. A photograph cannot demonstrate a month of wear unless a documented follow-up supplies that evidence. Keep the seller's product performance separate from the agent's handling of the purchase.

A useful result can be “not comparable”

Suppose one reviewer reports cheap freight but omits the dimensions, while another shows a heavier parcel with full measurements. You cannot rank the services from those amounts.
